We have three events lining up for this year for Connections ~ dates and descriptions are below:<br /><br />1. Family Ball Hockey and Pizza <br />Saturday, November 13, 2010 at the church, from 10 am to noon-ish. We're going to play some kid-friendly ball hockey and have pizza for lunch. Cost is TBA.<br /><br />2. Winter Wonderland<br />Outdoor skating and a chili dinner. This event will be in for families in January. We'll post a date by Christmas as we have to see if the outdoor skating pond will be ready and frozen solid!<br /><br />3. Curling<br />This was so much fun last year. We're planning to have this event in February. This is an adult only event that includes a pot luck dinner and a evening of true Canadian curling. The cost last year was around $24 per couple.<br /><br />4. Spring Fling<br />In April, we'll have a special event that'll knock your socks off. If you've ever been to a Ceilidh dance before, you'll know what we're talking about. If not, think typical square dance on steroids. The word "fling" here is not an exaggeration.
